Online and mobile gaming software provider, Playtech, has signed a deal with Skywind Holdings Limited. The software licensing deal will see Playtech entering the social games market.
The deal will include 20 percent royalties on associated revenue, plus €6 million per annum from Playtech in exchange for ‘access to a broad range of social gaming platforms and products in addition to complementary real-money products’ with the aim to provide ‘a unique position in the market.
